Tarihçemiz

1995 yılında “Türkiye Böbrek Nakli ve Diyaliz Hastalarına Hizmet Vakfı” adıyla kurulan vakfımız, dünyada ve ülkemizde organ, doku ve hücre nakli alanındaki gelişmeler ve geleceğe dönük ihtiyaçlar doğrultusunda kapsamını genişletmiştir.

Bu çerçevede gerçekleştirilen isim ve senet değişikliği sonrasında vakfımız, Mart 2013 itibarıyla “Türkiye Organ Nakli Vakfı” adıyla faaliyetlerini sürdürmektedir.

Misyon

Organ, doku ve hücre nakli alanında faaliyet gösteren bir sivil toplum kuruluşu olarak; yüksek sosyal sorumluluk bilinciyle, etik ilkelere ve bilimsel kanıta dayalı yaklaşımı esas alarak, tüm paydaşlarla etkin işbirliği içinde bilgi değişimini ve tecrübe paylaşımını güçlendirmek; Türkiye’de ve küresel ölçekte organ nakli hizmetlerinin kapasitesini, kalitesini ve erişilebilirliğini artıracak sürdürülebilir bir değer zincirinin oluşmasına en üst düzeyde katkı sunmak.

Vizyon

Türkiye’de ve küresel ölçekte; modern teknolojik olanaklar ve nitelikli profesyonel iş gücüyle desteklenen, tıbbi, hukuki ve etik ilkelere, toplumsal değerlere ve sosyal normlara tam uyum içinde işleyen; etkili, erişilebilir ve sürdürülebilir bir organ bağışı ve organ nakli değer zincirinin güçlenmesine öncülük ederek organ bağışını teşvik etmek, organ nakli hizmetlerini geliştirmek ve daha fazla hastaya nakil yoluyla yaşam şansı sunmak.
